Loyalty Rewards is doTERRA's way of saying "thank you" to their customers.  Keep reading to learn how it works.

The Benefits

By joining dōTERRA’s Loyalty Rewards Program, you’ll receive 10 – 30% of what you spend back in points that are redeemable for free products, plus 100% of your shipping costs reimbursed as points as well.  That’s on top of the 25% discount you’ll receive as a wholesale customer or Wellness Advocate.   

What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?

The Loyalty Rewards Program is an optional and completely customizable monthly auto-ship program.  Once a month, you choose which items you want to order and which day your order ships.  You can cancel or edit your order anytime up until one day prior to your shipment date.

Because dōTERRA offers such a huge selection of household items in addition to essential oils, putting together a monthly order of products that you will actually use is easy.  Favorites in our loyalty box include shampoo & conditioner, deodorant, body wash, skin care, toothpaste, hand soap, laundry detergent, household cleaner and vitamins. 

How to Join the Loyalty Rewards Program

To join the Loyalty Rewards Program, here’s how to get started.  First, join dōTERRA as a wholesale member or Wellness Advocate.  With either of these memberships, you’ll receive 25% off all products and be eligible for the rewards program.

After you’ve signed up, log in to your dōTERRA account.  A window will pop up to prompt you to set up your LRP order.  Setting up your first order is super easy –  watch this video to learn how to do it.

What does “PV” stand for?

“PV” stands for “Points Value”.  All dōTERRA products are assigned a points value, where 1 point is roughly equivalent to 1 US dollar.  Not all products are equal so check your cart to find out what the PV of your order is.

Monthly PV Minimums

    •    50 PV is the minimum to be enrolled in the program and earn 10 – 30% of your purchases back in points for free products.
    •    100 PV is the minimum to earn commission (for Wellness Advocates)
    •    125 PV is the minimum to receive the free product of the month (you must also set your order to ship by the 15th of the month in order to receive this bonus)
    •    1 PV is the minimum to maintain your reward level and keep points from previous orders (however you won’t earn points on orders under 50 PV)

Your Reward Level Grows Each Month

dōTERRA loves to reward customer loyalty, which is what this program is all about.  Every month you participate in the program you will move closer to receiving a higher percentage back in points:

    •    Months 1-3: earn 10% back in points
    •    Months 4-6: earn 15% back in points
    •    Months 7-9: earn 20% back in points
    •    Months 10-12: earn 25% back in points
    •    Months 13+: earn 30% back in points

Your rewards points will show up in your account the month after you place your LRP order. So if you place your LRP in January, your points will appear on February 15th in your dashboard.

Your Shipping Costs Are Refunded as Points

As a loyalty rewards member, 100% your shipping costs are refunded as points.  For example if you paid $10 for shipping, you’ll receive 10 points.  Shipping Rewards Points can be redeemed in the same way as LRP points.

How to Redeem Loyalty Rewards Points

Redeeming points is easy.  Add the products you want for free into your cart, then choose “Use Points”, then “Ship Now”.  dōTERRA charges a $3 USD handling fee per 100 points you use.

How to Cancel Your Loyalty Rewards Membership

You are free to cancel your membership at any time, but keep in mind that you only have to order 1 PV of product per month to stay in the program.  However if you want to cancel, call dōTERRA’s customer service line at 800-411-8151.  When you want to join the program again, simply log into your account and set up another order.
